My beautiful baby Flow is one month old and it has been pure joy every step of the way.

Pranayama: nadi shodhana/alternate nostril breathing

Move: Gentle wrist, shoulder, ankle rotations

Purification - QiGong Organs: 


Heart – Breathe in Red while thinking "Happy, smiling Heart!", breathe out the muck
Digestion – Repeat Yellow
Lungs – Repeat White
Kidneys – Repeat Blue-black
Liver – Repeat Green

Make: mandala with crystals, shells and natural objects.

Yoga nidra:
Progressive relaxation
Breathe So(inhalation)-Hum(exhalation)

Homework: Find the still point in every interaction, breathe. Take your mandala into your sleep life.
