No regrets...?

J just sent this to me. It's a water project I helped get going in our Afghan town of Taloqan at its one and only school for high school aged girls.
Meanwhile...here in the comfy suburbs of Pretoria, I taught yoga to housewives.
You know what, it is rewarding too!
Just goes to show, life affords opportunities to help wherever you are.
