If your Fire is out of balance you might suffer from cardiovascular issues, mouth sores, insomnia, anxiety, depression, jealousy or dullness.

Sip some ginger tea to kindle your fire.
Stoke the fires with Bhastrika, the bellow's breath.
Laughter yoga is a great way to fan the flames of joy.
