Deep Thoughts

I haven't eaten, save for about 3 cups of rice, in 4 days.
I leave for Kabul shortly where I will be required to defecate into a plastic cup (unless its a matchbox as is de rigeur in Taloqan).
I'm wondering how this will be possible.
